Insecure Men release ‘Time Is A Healer’

Insecure Men, the South London band led by the iconoclastic songwriter, musician and all-round renaissance man Saul Adamczewski have today shared ‘Time Is A Healer’, the latest single from their recently announced second album, A Man For All Seasons. His most personal album to date, it’s out on Friday 7th November 2025 on Fat Possum.

Having announced their return with the magnificent single ‘Alien’, Saul said of this latest track:

I would say it’s the best white soul song anyone has written since Mick Hucknall. This is one of the best songs I’ve ever written. I co-wrote it with Dave Ashby from Sleaze, a very old friend. When I came back to London last year, I had this hallucinatory narcotic dream summer. With this crew, we’d all get together, get loaded and record twenty-four seven a day. We wrote like eighty songs. That was the best one. It was a plodding indie version, and I was like no: we need to make this like Al Green. We had both had our hearts broken and it was wallowing in that thing.
